With the TÜBİTAK TEYDEP 7150811 Project, we developed an innovative compound extrusion process technology.
We created the necessary compound extrusion process technology for producing compound materials from recycled plastics. This technology allows for the production of materials with highly diverse formulations, increasing material variety.
The differences and advantages are outlined below:
Although pressure differences between regions can vary significantly, wear caused by mechanical contact between extruder screws and the barrel can lead to pressure losses over time. The Process Machine Screw can push and compress the material without mechanical friction.
The Process Machine Screw has a large internal volume designed to melt and disperse materials. Its structure differs from that of a typical extruder screw.
Compared to extruders with similar capacities, the Process Machine achieves higher product output with lower motor power, offering greater energy efficiency.
