In the process, the materials that are flowed precisely with gravimetric dosing are processed and compounded in the MEX T twin-screw extruder, which has superior mixing ability. The material, which has gained excellent dispersion properties, is flowed into the single screw extruder.

Especially for the production of temperature and shear sensitive plastics, single screw extruder ensures the highest quality product in the desired production.
With the cutting system that increases product quality, the shape of the granules is obtained in accordance with the desired standards.

In the air cooling system, heat transfer occurs without damaging the structure of the granules. Since the granules come into contact only with air, they dry perfectly. The desired moisture value on the granule is achieved.

With horizontal drying, the granules both cool and remove moisture during the process.

Products that need extra cooling are removed from moisture in specially designed silos, ensuring the best quality production.
